Most people call it the bootleg Oscars, others may say it is the voice of the youth amiss all the seniority in Hollywood, I call it a fashion palooza. It's a time where we can get rid of all the oldies and bring in people that weren't born right after dust. Our eyes can finally look at something other than wrinkles and failed botox injections. We can finally laugh at actual jokes and not look around to see if it was impolite to do so. Now, I know everybody may have their own opinion on who looked best or what looked best at the MTV Awards last Sunday but you don't come here for your own opinion you come here for mine...just kidding.

I really don't know what to say to this. It's offensive really. Wrapping your daughter's basement curtains on top of your button down shirt is not appropriate no matter how late you are to this event. It's the Oscar's my friend. Julia Roberts tried it last time, it didn't really work please don't try it again. And that long pearl necklace-that resembles one of a kitchen tassel-needs to be burned immediately. No wonder we only see your upper half on The View.

Grammy's are the mother of all events and their sole purpose is to provide us irrelevant norms an inside look on how awesome it is to be a celebrity. With all the gorgeous dresses adorning their million dollar torsos, no wonder we all crave the lifestyle. 

But wherever there's a will, there's a way to get back at the celebs. And that's way is the Red Carpet. We've seen some Do's and Don'ts over the years. But this year has to take the cake. I know they say New Year, New Me but sometimes changing your stylist is not the best idea. 

Pharrell Williams

Wearing a Vivian Westwood hat and a red leather Adidas sweater he totally owns it. Pharrell basically produced half of the songs at the Grammy's so he has earned the right to dress outrageously. Only him. It takes someone with great confidence to pull off this Lone Ranger hat and he was just the guy.
